SA-flare/attack and cold outside – could work just fine
It is all up to us humans to adapt different situations to the situation. Manuel is warm-blooded but have some bald spots. So we need to be flexible.
- When on walks and being active – no coat
- When on slow walks, not so active – coat on
- When laying still outside – extra padding here and there
We also prepare/protect the bold “patches” so that he does not get local frostbite.
Also our friends want to make sure Manuel is comfortable in cold weather
The other day we visited some friends and was planning to sit outside. They have prepared a mattress for him and some blankets.
This content is written post mortem but the date is set as correct in to relation when it really happened. I think it is very important to share this experience and knowledge but I have not had the energy to do so, until now (2021).
