Even more medicines? NO!!!

So Manuel became apathetic from the first medication, and then when we swopped to another, he became nauseous. When the discussion even came to suggesting  yet another medication in order to stop the the nausea that another medication was causing – I had had enough!

Time to do something else!!!

I stopped all the medication and stopped giving the commercial special renal dog food and started to cook for him again – using real food, and organic produce.

I started to study even more details about nutrition and different kinds of protein and we agreed here at home to give it a try until next check-up. We did not tell anything to the vets. at this point.

This content is written post mortem but the date is set as correct in to relation when it really happened. I think it is very important to share this experience and knowledge but I have not had the energy to do so, until now (2021).
